List Your Business / ADDistrict Collector Grace Bachau informed that 1.50 lakh families have been given medical insurance cards in Perambalur district.
On Thursday, a program was held at the Perambalur Government Office to award prizes and certificates of appreciation to the beneficiaries of the Chief Minister's Comprehensive Medical Insurance Scheme and the Prime Minister's People's Health Scheme on behalf of the Department of Medicine and Public Welfare.
Presided over the event and gave prizes to 5 people who benefited from the Chief Minister's Comprehensive Medical Insurance Scheme, Prime Minister's People's Health Schemes, Prime Minister Yojana Health Scheme, insurance cards for 8 people registered under the Chief Minister's Comprehensive Medical Insurance Scheme, 5 District Government Head Hospitals that successfully implemented these schemes. The district collector gave certificates of appreciation to the hospitals and 6 government hospital insurance unit managers and coordinators.
Out of this, insurance cards have been provided to 1,49,789 families in the district. You can approach the Chief Minister's Health Insurance Scheme Office, register on the website and get an insurance card, said Cross Bachau.
In this event, Medical and Rural Welfare Joint Director Marimuthu, District Health Officer Pratap Kumar, District Insurance Scheme Officer R. Sheikh Mohammed and government and private hospital doctors participated.
